A steel spiral staircase connecting an upper deck to the backyard patio of a Mount Adams home, with a new gate and diamond-plate landing.
On a tight hillside lot, a spiral stair saves space while giving the family direct access from the deck to the yard. We set the base, assembled and anchored the stair, and built the gate and landing to match.
